Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Computer Application Programmer to join our dynamic team at SAM Controls. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications that meet the needs of our clients in the security and access control sectors. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration and deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
   Analyze user requirements and design application architecture.
   Develop, code, test, and debug software applications in accordance with specifications.
   Maintain and enhance existing applications, ensuring optimal performance and security.
   Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements.
   Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues.
   Prepare technical documentation and user manuals.

Strategic Leadership:
   Define and implement the company's vision, mission, and long-term strategic goals.
   Identify emerging market trends and new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base.
   Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry innovations and the competitive landscape to keep SAM Controls at the forefront of the industry.

Job Requirements:
   Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
   Proficiency in programming languages such as VB.Net, ASP.Net Core, C#
   Proficiency in AzureDevOPs, and Jira.
   Experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle).
   Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Mandatory Skills:
   Experience with ANPR Software Development.
   Experience with Parking Software Development.
   Expertise in Third-party Access Control & CCTV Integrations.
