Job Description: The Front Manager oversees daily operations at the front of the establishment, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth workflow. This role involves managing staff, addressing customer concerns, and maintaining the overall ambiance and efficiency of the front area.
Key Duties:
1. Supervise and train front staff, including receptionists, hosts/hostesses, and customer service representatives.
2. Greet and assist customers, addressing any inquiries or complaints promptly.
3. Ensure the front area is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
4. Manage cash handling and reconcile daily transactions.
5.Prepare regular reports on front operations, staff performance, and customer satisfaction.
