As a pivotal member of the Executive team, the VP of Finance and Administration reports directly to the organization's President. This role is instrumental in shaping corporate strategy and overseeing critical functions including finance, budgeting, banking, accounting, administration, IT, and tax management across the organization and its affiliates. The VP of Finance and Administration is a trusted fiduciary, initiating proactive conversations that drive business performance enhancements and mitigate risks.

Qualifications:
A University degree with a professional accounting qualification (CA, CMA, CGA, CPA, or equivalent)
15+ years of previous accounting experience
10+ years of supervisory experience of 3+ person teams
Experience in a commission sales-based environment would be an advantage
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Creative problem solver ability to take financial information identify gaps and opportunities sharing information in a timely and relevant manner to support business opportunities
Self-motivated, flexible, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment under minimal supervision
Able to interact seamlessly and with a professional demeanor across a broad range of individuals including members of the operations team, Senior Management team and Board of Directors
Intermediate to advanced experience with Office products including Power BI or other data analytic tools
