Description

Note: This posting is cross-posted in various areas, because we are open to candidates across Saskatchewan. There is only one role.

WHY YOU SHOULD APPLY

You should send us your CV and cover letter if:
- You have admiration, love, passion or connections to the queer and trans community in Saskatchewan;
- You want to help queer and trans entrepreneurs and professionals excel in their industries; and
- You love talking to people about their work, and learning what they need to be successful.

ABOUT THE POSITION
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), contract position until March 31, 2026 with the potential to become permanent. While we've secured funding until then, a major part of the Executive Directors role will be securing continued operational funding.

The salary for this position is $64,000 to $68,920, depending on experience. Additional benefits include a $200/month allowance to secure individual health insurance, and a $50/month home office allowance.

The Manager of Membership & Outreach is anticipated to work from home in Saskatchewan.

This role will involve managing the membership system and database, identifying membership development opportunities, planning and hosting networking events across Saskatchewan, and collaborating with a researcher on understanding the needs and experiences of queer entrepreneurs and professionals.
