The Globe Theatres mission is to entertain, educate and engage in the art of professional theatre through producing high quality performances, providing theatre education and serving as a valuable part of the Regina community. The Patron Services Manager will work with the Front of House team to inspire and oversee the creation of outstanding patron interactions and customer service experiences with the goal of strengthening and enhancing Globe Theatres customer service promise, deepen and enrich the live theatre experience for current patrons, donors, volunteers and community. Help to develop new audiences, listen and respond to community members, seek out opportunities to surprise and delight our patrons.
The Patron Services Manager is a responsible for planning, overseeing and coordinating all aspects of ticket sales, Box Office, Bartenders, Ushers and Volunteers for the theatres productions, including staffing, scheduling, and budgeting in conjunction with Director of Sales & Patron Services. In addition, they also participate in the ongoing development of marketing strategies with specific input on ticket/bar/concession pricing, and customer service. This is a full-time position with hours that include evenings and weekends.
Successful candidates will need strong leadership and organizational skills. They have to be an effective communicator with proficient oral and written skills, a team player who thrives in a creative, collaborative environment. As well as being high-energy and self-motivated with a drive to achieve results, a willingness to learn and a passion for the arts. Possessing knowledge of ticketing, point of sale systems, payment terminals and reconciliation would be an asset.
