Description

1. Develop, plan, and implement a variety of recreational programs and activities tailored to the interests and needs of residents.
2. Create activity schedules and ensure they are well-organized and communicated to residents and staff.
3. Assess residents' interests, abilities, and needs to tailor activities accordingly.  
4. Encourage resident participation and provide support to ensure inclusive involvement.  
5. Acts as liaison with/reports to nursing and therapy departments regarding client programs/participation.
6. Organize special events and celebrations.
