Plant Supervisor Details
Monday thru Friday *
Great Base Salary of $60,000 - $80,000* with Bonus!
3 weeks vacation
Benefits after 90 days
RRSP match*

As a Plant Supervisor, your responsibilities include overseeing daily operations such as receiving, grading, production, storage, and shipping, managing a team of employees, ensuring safety and compliance, maintaining equipment and facilities, managing quality control, handling customer relations, and maintaining detailed records and reports.

Plant Supervisor Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in agriculture, Business Management, or related field (preferred)
- Experience in grain elevator operations or similar agricultural processing environments
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance in the agricultural sector
- Proficiency with computer software for record-keeping and reporting
