EXPERIENCED TRUCK & TRANSPORT MECHANIC

LOCATION: REGINA, SK
JAY'S TRANSPORTATION GROUP LTD. is one of the largest household moving companies in Saskatchewan. We provide direct freight service to over 550 locations in the province.  

Responsibilities:
    Experience working with commercial equipment, machinery and vehicles
    Provide vehicle troubleshooting and diagnostic repairs
    Test repaired equipment for proper performance
    Accurate completion of work orders and time cards
    Schedule and prioritize work needed on equipment
    Assist in ordering replacement equipment, parts and supplies
    Maintain safe working conditions and adhere to occupational health and safety regulations
    Clean, lubricate and perform other maintenance work
    Required to be on a rotating after-hours call-out schedule

Qualifications:
    REQUIRED- Experienced Truck and Transport Mechanic Certification
    With required SGI certification
    Good interpersonal and communication skills
    Able to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
    Must be mechanically inclined
    Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
    Proficient computer skills
    Must have own tools
