Description

. Supervise and keep nail salon clean and tidy
. Check supplies and carry out supply orders
. Check employees' product to match customer'ss request
. Establish work schedules and procedures
. Train staff in job duties, safety procedures and salon's policies
. Coordinate daily activities with other employees, may perform work done by employees
. Resolve customers' problems and complaints and prepare reports
. Check and make sure all electrical equipment should be turned off before closing
. Check all tools and make sure the work progressed well, report to the owner if any damage occurs
. Perform Marketing on social media platforms including Facebook and Instagram
. Greet customers and keep check the number of customers in a day
