Diamond North Credit Union is currently recruiting for a Loan Support Officer. The primary location for this position is to be determined. Please note that this position is regionally based and occasional travel may be required.  
  
The Loan Support Officer is accountable for the provision of administrative services that support the retail lending functions of the Credit Union.  This position provides a seamless and efficient back office experience that results in a cohesive member experience for the Credit Unions members.  The Loan Support Officer also provides direct support to Credit Union partners and staff regarding a variety of lending administration services.  Through professional interactions with other staff and partners, the position fosters service excellence through each personal and electronic interaction.
