Job Description:
We're seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Service Writer to join our team! As the primary point of contact for our customers, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Your exceptional communication skills and attention to detail will help you excel in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and gather information about their vehicle concerns
- Write accurate and detailed repair orders, including customer requests and technician recommendations
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding their vehicle's condition, repair options, and estimated costs
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Manage workflow and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and team members

Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in a service writing or related role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems and repair principles (asset)
- Proficiency in PBS System (dealership software) (asset)
- High school diploma or equivalent required

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the automotive industry
- ASE certification (asset)
- Post-secondary education in a related field (asset)
