Assistant Coordinator required for Emergency Receiving home working with children 0-11. Job duties may include:
Providing support to Coordinator in various tasks.
Manage, supervise, coordinate and monitor program activities.
Scheduling and/or conducting intakes.
Ensure implementation of organizational policies and procedures.
Supervise and evaluate the performance of staff directly supervised.
Provide administatrative support.
Communication with team members.
Conduct regular meetings with staff members focusing on progress, obstacles and other issues pertaining to the program.
Ensure coordination, cooperation and implematation of training/workshops.

Knowledge and experience working with children who have experienced trauma and emotional mental challenges an asset
Criminal record check as well as vulnerable sector check
Ability to lead, inspire and motivate others by being a positive role model
