Description

La Pae Massage Therapy is a new and modern clinic looking to grow our team of like-minded assessment-based massage therapists who believe in real client-therapist communication to find the root cause of dysfunctional pain.

Education & Certification:
Certification from an accredited Massage Therapy program.
Valid registration with a regulatory body recognized in Saskatchewan.
Liability insurance coverage.

Experience:
Prior clinical experience and established client base is an asset, but not required. Massage therapists new to practice will have opportunities to gain experience and be mentored.
Skills:
Knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, pathology, kinesiology and therapeutic techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
Ability and willingness to assess all clients for musculoskeletal dysfunctions, provide treatment, re-asses and provide clients with rehabilitative treatment plans that include follow up treatments, advice and stretches.
Documentation and maintenance of client records.
Passionate and strong work ethic
Ability to consult with other health care practitioners to ensure clients receive coordinated treatment plans
Ability to provide treatment within the scope of massage therapy.
    
Clinic provides all equipment needed including clinic room with electric lift table, premium table sheets, anatomical diagrams and skeleton, glass whiteboard, coconut oil and warmers, access to washer and dryer, Noterro booking app, individual business phone line app for phone, assistance with direct billing setup, payment system and parking.

Clinic provides marketing of services, opportunities for continued education and events, and referrals through an established and growing client base. La Pae Massage Therapy is in a premium location on South Albert St. with high visibility and accessibility.
