La Suerte Bakery and Resto seeks a skilled, creative baker to join our team. This is a permanent, full-time position that requires weekend work. We specialize in Filipino breads and are looking for candidates eager to learn and grow with us.

Roles and Responsibilities:
         *Check baking equipment are in proper running conditions before beginning of shift.
         *Check stock inventory/ menu planning.
         *Observe first in first out method when using ingredients.
         *Observe high standard hygiene and sanitation at the workplace.
         *Observe area is safe for work before work operations started.
        *Communicate with owner the product inventory and breads to be bake for the day.
        *Ensure quality of products produced are of high quality and preparation follows the food and safety regulations.
       *Baked products according to recipes and customer orders.
       *Keep bakery and equipment clean, sanitized and in good working order.
    *Purchase goods and tools needed for baking.
