Description

The BDC Representative is responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and internet leads with the goal of setting appointments for the sales team. The BDC Representative plays a crucial role in identifying and securing new sales leads while maintain positive client relationships. The BDC Representative must be able to quickly build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and offer solutions that meet those needs. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, and a positive attitude. Job Responsibilities:
Making outbound calls to customers to schedule appointments and generate leads
Receiving inbound calls and online inquires from customers and answering questions
Entering customer information into dealership database
Scheduling appointments (and following up with any no show customers)
Following up with customers after their appointment or purchase
Maintain thorough, up-to-date knowledge of the dealerships products
Consistently provide a high level of customer satisfaction, ensuring that they are satisfied with the service
Ensure potential customers are aware of any ongoing promotions
Greet and assist walk in customers, treating all clientele with courtesy and respect
Provide support with various other tasks at the dealership

Qualifications:
You must maintain a professional and personable demeanor
You must have excellent communication and customer service skills
You must possess superior English skills, both written and verbal
You must have outbound (including cold calling) and/or calling experience in a call center or sales environment
You must have optimal computer experience and extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
You must be highly organized with the ability to learn quickly and multi-task
