Description

Finning is currently looking for a dedicated Electrician who has experience working on heavy duty equipment and is interested in growing their knowledge in the trade! The Electrician is responsible for installation, repair and maintenance of both mechanical and electrical equipment as well as switchgear wiring.

If you are a safety conscious team player, self-motivated, autonomous, detail-oriented individual who possesses your Journeyperson Electrician certification and has interest in expanding your knowledge of heavy equipment (and maybe even an apprenticeship), then you are exactly who we are looking for!

Compensation Perks:
$39.62 - $47.95 / hr

Job Description
Service, troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment
Service, troubleshoot, repair and rebuild mechanical equipment (including general maintenance to full rebuilds of CAT engines)
Assist in fulfilling our customer service commitment

Qualifications:
Interprovincial Electrician Certification
Interprovincial Heavy Equipment Technician Certification would be consisted an asset
Previous experience on heavy duty equipment will be required
Power Generation experience is required
Generator experience would be considered an asset
