About the Role:
As an Estimator/Project Manager you will work to bid and secure new jobs and ensure they remain on budget throughout the construction process.  You will also be responsible for helping our clients bring their dreams to reality.  From the initial discussions to completion of the project you will be there every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and quantify cost factors such as labour, material and time requirements and prepares estimate for each project.
Estimate project costs and submit tenders.
Prepare, review, and follow up of estimates and quotations and change orders.
Project cost analysis.
Prepare tender packages and identify any associated risks.
Solicit pricing, and analyze costs associated with project.
Complete full quantity take-off and pricing of all labour, equipment, and materials.
Plan, schedule, organize, direct, control and evaluate construction projects from start to finish.
Monitor day to day construction activities.
Promote a culture of safety, environmental, quality and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with engineers, architects and others as necessary to determine the specification of the project.
Work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment to plan and coordinate all aspects of the building process.

Employment Requirements:
Ability to read and interpret specifications and drawings.
Dedicated, well organized with the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks.
Proven experience in either carpentry, architecture, or eng
