We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure the smooth running of our office operations.
Duties
- Answer and direct phone calls using proper phone etiquette
- Perform computerized data entry tasks accurately
- Manage front desk activities including greeting visitors and clients
- Type and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Utilize Microsoft Office for various office tasks
- Assist with general office clerk duties as needed
- Monitoring and ordering office supplies and janitorial items
- Processing, recording and handling payments and petty cash
- Preparing and balancing bank deposits
- Maintaining and organizing filing system
- Responsible for monitoring and posting on Social Media Platforms
- Misc. duties assigned by Management and Leadership team
Qualifications
- Proficiency in using phone systems and computerized systems
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette
- Prior experience in an office environment is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- 2 3 year experience required
- This position is a part time position (Monday & Wednesday afternoons, Tuesday and Thursday 8:30 4:30) with the potential for more hours in the future.
