Job Description and Responsibilities:

Responsible for inflating balloons, creating structures for orders, and keeping us tidy and organized.
You will become an expert in all things balloon decor and design - from large installations to classic bouquets.
You will be involved in the entire life cyle of an order; finalizing details with clients, prepping items in advance, production, delivery.
Ensuring quality control while at the shop and onsite.
Tearing down projects once events are complete

Ability to work as a team and independently
Excellent problem solving skills and a go-getter mentality. Eager to learn and tackle new challenges head on
Coachable and demonstrates initiative
Keen eye for design and knowledge of color theory
Attentive to details and discrepancies
Flexible, adaptable, and ability to multitask.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Must have valid driver's license, ability lift and move 30-50lbs
Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Cricut Design Space, POS, E-Commerce an asset but not required


Hours and Investment:
20-30 Hours/ Week
Weekdays, Evenings, Weekends
Saturday days are required
$16-$19/ Hour, dependent on experience and training
