In keeping with our 3 C Model for the Edwards Program Clinical, Culture and Community, the Leadership Team will consist of a Clinical Coordinator, a Cultural Coordinator, and a Community Coordinator. You will represent Edwards as the Culture Coordinator.

Basic functions:
Act as a Cultural role model and mentor to Participants at both buildings (Edwards Manor) and provide opportunities for socialization. Interact in a positive and supportive way with Participants.
The Edwards Manor Cultural Supervisor is responsible for supervising Camponi Housing employees employed at Edwards, providing, and coordinating Cultural support, administrative and clerical services for staff at Edwards Manor and to meet the daily Cultural and operational requirements of Edwards Manor.
The Cultural Supervisor understands and supports through own work, the supervisory, Culture needs of Edwards Manor including supporting staff to perform their duties in direct service.
The Cultural Supervisor develops and maintains positive working and problem-solving relationships with staff across all levels and partner organizations to ensure effective service delivery with minimal disruption.
