The opportunity
Office Operations:
Welcome visitors and employees warmly, manage phone calls, emails, and general inquiries with professionalism.
Build and maintain effective relationships with building staff, vendors, and service providers.
Assist the Office Manager with office visits and events.
Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Administer office supplies and canteen, oversee food service equipment care, and handle mail and courier packages.
Perform general tidying, including loading/unloading dishwashers, fridge cleaning, and light maintenance.
Serve as an emergency response team member, maintaining safety equipment and ensuring compliance.
Manage off-site file storage and disposal, including shredding services.
Support desk booking and various HR initiatives such as wellness programs and service awards.
Administrative Support:
Draft and post staff communications as needed.
Track and process invoices and corporate credit card charges.
Assist with travel as needed.
Provide general and back-up administrative support as assigned.
Perform other related tasks as required.
