The opportunity
Office Operations:
Oversee office procedures, health and safety compliance, and ensure alignment with company standards.
Manage and coordinate all aspects of facilities management, including maintenance, cleaning, and vendor relationships, including liaising with landlords and building managers to ensure a safe and functional work environment.
Maintain office systems, provide staff training, and handle inventory of office assets and supplies.
Organize employee food services, analyzing usage trends and providing recommendations.
Participate in the Occupational Health and Safety Committee.
Prepare and manage the overall office budget, coordinate maintenance and renovations, and monitor lease terms.
Travel Program:
Manage the corporate travel program, collaborating with administrative leads and employees as required, maintain procedures and vendor relationships, and provide support for travel-related inquiries.
Customer Visits and Events:
Organize customer visits and designated business events, ensuring a professional and positive impression of the company.
Coordinate logistics for meetings and social events, manage event budgets, and planning for company-sponsored activities.
Serve on the Social Committee.
