Job Order Detail

Description

All aspects of hardwood flooring, including job site prep, repairs, sanding and refinishing. Refinishing includes application of urethane finishes, stains and penetrating oils on hardwood strip flooring, parquet and stairs.  Installation will include, job site prep including possible levelling, strip flooring, parquet and custom work such as patterns and borders

The successful applicant will need a valid driver's license and have the ability to lift 50 lbs. You will need to be able to work with minimal oversight but be willing to follow directions closely. The ideal candidate will be able to adapt to changing job situations and the ability to problem solve. A basic understanding of construction principles and procedures is required.


Training will be provided on the job and through industry training programs. Must have basic Carpentry skills.
