Description

Invites applications for the position of a regular full-time Head Caretaker at Waldheim School.  The successful candidate will work full-time 1.0 FTE 40 hrs per week performing general caretaking duties. Waldheim School is a Kindergarten  Grade 12 School located in Waldheim SK. This position begins October 1, 2024. The starting salary for this position is $22.31/ hour.
  
Caretakers work closely school staff to maintain the school building to the highest standards possible. Our caretaking staff are supported by the division Caretaking Supervisor.

Preference will be given to caretakers who:
Have training and/or experience in the caretaker field;
Place a high premium on safety at all times;
Demonstrate a caring and supportive attitude toward children;
Value communication and collaborative relationships;
Are committed to being flexible in the workplace;
Are committed to positive working relationships.

WHMIS training or a willingness to obtain this training is a requirement of obtaining this position.
