The firm is solely owned and operated by Chantal Morgotch with a focus on real estate, mortgages, wills, estates, and corporate commercial law.
Morgotch Law has an opportunity for a Part Time Legal Administrative Assistant to work alongside Chantal and be a valued part of the team by providing a full range of legal administrative support to the assignments in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
Office and Administrative Duties
- Prepare legal documents and correspondence
-Input, revise, proofread, and redline documents
-Maintaining a highly organized, efficient, and logical filing system of all documents for working and archival purposes.
- Assemble and file documents electronically
- Maintain client files and contact information
- Order and maintain office supplies and materials
- Schedule meetings, conference calls and travel arrangements
Client and Customer Service
- Greets clients as the face of the business, ensuring a high level of service and friendliness
- Process payment requests, and coordinate the client billing process
- Answer phones and greet clients and anyone coming in to the office
Other Duties as Assigned
