Want to drive truck but be home every night? We are looking for hardworking, dedicated people to join our family business. Local, short haul with tridem and super b trailers. Older, well maintained equipment.

Requirements:
1A drivers license, Clean drivers abstract.
Super B and tridem experience. Van or container & chassis experience would be a benefit.
Willing to work up to 10 to 12 hour days.
Flat deck experience in tridem and super B. Van or container and chassis experience would be an asset, but not required.
Mechanical ability an asset.
CSA/Approved Steel toed boots.


Skills and Abilities:
Oversee condition and inspection of vehicle.
Tarping and securing cargo.
Perform Preventative maintenance.
Receive and relay information to central dispatcher.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to work alone or in a team setting.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to take on multiple projects at one time.
Excellent communication and leadership skill.
High level of diplomacy.
Detail Oriented.
Ability to take direction and work under little supervision.

Documentation Knowledge:
Inspection report, Trip reports.
Maintenance and repair reports.
Accident/incident reports.
