Description

We have part-time position for a network facilitator. The purpose of the job is to help an individual with high physical needs live his best life by maintaining an existing network of supportive people. The facilitator will conduct the meetings of the network team. Time commitment will range between 4-8 hours per month. Knowledge of physical disabilities is an asset. This position is for someone who is compassionate, self-motivated, and the ability to draw new people together. Part of your job will be done from your home; other meetings and events may occur in various locations.  

Duties:
- Create meeting agendas with employer
- Chair network meetings
- Correspond with various agencies as requires
