Duties and Responsibilities:    
In-house Equipment
- Lead internal maintenance and preventative maintenance program
- Learn all aspects of all production machinery
- Repair equipment as required
- Hire outside vendors when required
- Help equipment suppliers with new equipment installs (ie. paint gun install)
- Perform inspections as required
- Provide lists of parts/services required for maintenance
- Other tasks as required from time to time
PDI on Assembled Product
- Perform final inspection of assembled product
- Documentation
- Report out results and ensure NCRs are followed up on and closed
- Assist yard forklift operator loading of large units
