We are currently seeking a Production Supervisor to join our Saskatoon Manufacturing Plant.  This position is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing people, materials, equipment, and processes in order to achieve established safety, quality, delivery, and profit goals while maintain positive employee relations.

The qualified candidate will have:

- A Bachelor's degree or Associates degree plus three (3) years experience in Supervising/Manufacturing, or High School diploma and five (5) years experience in Supervising/Manufacturing.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in performing MIG welding and Robotic Welding.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience supervisory/leadership in manufacturing environment.
- Cross functional experience (Quality, Materials, Engineering, Human Resources, Safety)
- Experience participating and leading continuous improvement activities.
- Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of programs.
