DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare and cook three complete meals or individual dishes and foods for clients with food allergies or intolerances (breakfast/dinner/supper)
Maintain a clean kitchen and work areas
Prepare menu and meals for special events such as birthdays and holidays
Create new menu weekly including Vegetarian; International; European; Canadian; Gluten-free/Special Diet; Mediterranean cuisines
Ordering supplies, ingredients and other items needed
Prioritize daily meals to minimize food cost and waste
