Job Summary:
Reviews initial claim documents to set up an injury claim in the system. Obtains information from workers, employers and care providers to assist in file content completeness; set up a claim accurately and help expedite support to the customer. Assists customers in understanding claims processes and services available. Completes required statistical coding.
Qualifications:
Successful completion of one year post secondary education.
One (1) year of successful experience demonstrating the following:
Customer service skills
Computer skills including data entry
Attention to detail
