**Work Location is located at Keeley Lake - 1 hour North of Meadow Lake**
Role and Responsibilities:
You will be required to follow a front desk clerk SOP provided by The Company.
Checking patrons into their accommodations, checking patrons out, payment collections, use of Cloudbeds booking engine. Answering phone calls, creating reservations, cancellation of reservations, providing customers with resort information.
Keeping the front desk place clean and inviting to customers, presenting customers with terms and conditions, providing exceptional customer service. Assigning cleaning tasks to housekeeping team, reporting to manager if any discrepancies arise.
Additional jobs offered include bar tending, selling of liquor, handling VLT patrons. All costs for required SLGA certifications will be covered by The Company.
Accommodation may be negotiated if needed. Travel may be requested for the purchase of resort supplies, but not required if applicant cannot accommodate.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Preferably 1-2 years of similar work experience.
Serve It Right certificate both Liquor and VLTs. If applicant does not have this, The Company would cover costs of course completions.
