The Manager, Marketing is responsible for generating brand awareness for REAL District by planning, leading, and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and managing marketing projects. This position plays a pivotal role in driving increased revenue, enhancing brand recognition, and delivering exceptional customer service. The Manager, Marketing will oversee the development, implementation, and measurement of marketing plans, manage advertising and promotional campaigns, monitor market trends, and track departmental metrics. This role also involves building and managing an effective marketing team and working collaboratively with other REAL departments, suppliers, and partners to achieve organizational goals.
