DUTIES
- Patient Coordination: Greet and check in patients, manage patient flow, and address immediate concerns.
- Appointment Scheduling: Manage scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming appointments.
- Predeterminations: Organize information for predeterminations, follow up with patients and insurance companies, and provide cost estimates.
- Treatment Planning: Assist with treatment plans and ensure patients understand their options and costs.
- Insurance and Billing: Submit and follow up on insurance claims, provide clear billing information, and discuss payment options.
- Record Management: Maintain accurate patient records and ensure privacy compliance.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform office duties, manage correspondence, and keep the reception area organized. Assist with additional tasks as needed.

- Experience: Previous dental receptionist experience preferred. Familiarity with dental terminology is a plus.
- Dental Insurance: Experience with assignment of benefits and programs like NIHB, CDCP, and Supplementary Health preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of dental software (Curve Hero), Weave Messaging, and basic office software. Quick learner of new systems.
- Skills: Excellent communication, organizational abilities, and attention to detail. Ability to multi-task and work well in a team.
- Education: High school diploma required. Additional certifications in dental administration are beneficial.

SCHEDULE
Monday and Friday: 8am-3pm
Tuesday-Thursday: 8am-5pm
