Primary Responsibilities:
Foster a productive workplace and adhere to organizational culture.
Use and teach Daily Management System processes to identify and address obstacles.
Communicate Plant KPIs and their impact on the team.
Lead and coach direct reports, ensuring safety, quality, and production goals are met.
Assign work, evaluate performance, and ensure required certifications and training.
Enforce safety, regulatory, and customer standards; manage supply spend and waste.
Conduct performance evaluations, manage attendance, and facilitate Toolbox meetings.
Perform inspections and handle labour scheduling.
