Can-Am Gymnastics located in Saskatoon Saskatchewan is looking for a dynamic individual to fill the part-time role of Office Administrator for a one-year term.
Qualifications:
Administrative experience preferred
Diploma or degree office/business administration
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications, primarily Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Highly effective written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Positive and professional work attitude
Detail-oriented
Administrative Tasks:
Answering incoming calls professionally and redirecting them where appropriate
Process online registration for clients
Process accounts receivable and payable
Bookkeeping support
Payroll support
Grant/funding applications and follow-up report support
Operational Tasks:
Monitoring and ordering stationery and other office supplies
Arrange building maintenance
Arrange meetings/hospitality and take accurate minutes
The candidate will assume responsibility for opening doors and managing some of the physical requirements of the offices and facility. The candidate will be available to work 3 days per week regular office hours for 24 hours per week. Wage based on skills and experience.
