Description

REACT requires part-time Transfer Station Gate Attendant at our Transfer Station site located in Young. Hours for this position are as follows:

April 1st - October 31st
Tuesdays 10:00am - 12:00pm
Saturdays 9:00am - 3:00pm

November 1st - March 31st
Saturdays 9:00am - 3:00pm

Position to start September 24th.

Duties include:  
- Supervision of site and operating to permit and regulations according to the Ministry of Environment
- Directing waste to appropriate disposal area and collecting fees
- Good communication skills
- Individual must follow direction and work as a team
- Critical thinking and decision making
- Accurate record keeping

No experience necessary. Will train.
Requires a valid class 5 driver's license.
