- Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities and work schedule of employees
- Co-ordinate and handle front and kitchen operations in back
- Promote excellent services by ensuring customer satisfaction
- Must be able to manage staff and other daily activities
- Maintain food quality for food served
- Project future needs for kitchen and restaurant supplies, cleaning products etc and prepare Budgets
- Address customer's complaints or concerns
- Hire new staff and train existing staff
