Customer Service Representative
Key Responsibilities include:
- Customer Support:
- Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and issues related to our products and services.
- Provide clear and professional communication.
- Offer solutions to resolve customer problems and ensure their satisfaction.
Product Knowledge:
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services.
- Stay updated on product updates and changes.
- Educate customers on product features and usage.
Inventory Management:
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Coordinate with the logistics and inventory teams to ensure smooth transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Desired Qualifications & Traits:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in customer service or related role.
- Knowledge of motorsports and agriculture practices & products would be an asset.
- Basic mechanical knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills; written and verbal.
- Empathetic and patient approach to customer interactions.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Proficient using customer service software and systems.
