We are currently seeking a skilled shop supervisor to join our team.   The ideal candidate will have journeyperson status and a leadership background.  You would be responsible to oversee and perform the daily operations of our workshop and ensure efficient workflow.
Duties of this position include:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of shop personnel
Assign tasks and provide guidance to mechanics
Oversee equipment maintenance and repair
Ensure compliance with safety policies and regulations
Assist in the dianosis of unit problems.
