Crown Shred & Recycling is a leader in sustainable recycling solutions, and we are looking for a dedicated Mechanical Millwright to join our team in our new Material Recovery Facility. If you have a passion for mechanics and are eager to contribute to a greener future, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of all mechanical equipment in the facility.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure the proper functioning of machinery.
- Troubleshoot mechanical failures, diagnose issues, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections performed.

Qualifications:

- Valid Mechanical Millwright certification or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Millwright, preferably in an industrial or recycling environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
