Planning, organizing, and evaluating the operations.
Use a cash register to take customer orders.
Supervise other staff working in the shift.
Preparing food such as burritos, tacos and quesadillas.
Make sure health and safety regulations are being followed.
Ensured food quality standards are met and maintained according to set standards.
Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food.
Estimate and order material as required on a weekly basis.
Establish work schedules and procedures.
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures.
Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
Requirements:
* No Experience required. On-the-job training
provided.
* Secondary school education is preferred.
* Language of Work English
