Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our guest rooms and public areas to ensure a comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies.
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, and showers.
Ensure all guest rooms are serviced according to hotel standards.
Respond promptly to guest requests and maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.
Clean and maintain public areas of the hotel, including lobbies, corridors, and restrooms.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
Follow all health and safety regulations and procedures.
Assist with laundry duties as needed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective housekeeping operations.
Qualifications:
Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar environment is preferred but not required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed.
