The Program Analyst reports to the Defence Program Manager and is responsible for handling administrative duties and assisting the office and leadership team with various tasks.
You will create written correspondence and be involved in project management on various initiatives as required. The candidate will work closely with members of the Executive Team on calendar management, administrative duties, correspondence with outside processing, suppliers and customers.
Efficiently help customers (internal and external) with the highest level of service. Providing a leadership role to Reception. Providing administrative support to the Defence Program Manager. Communicate customer feedback and concerns to all appropriate parties and supervisors. Administrative duties such as filing, typing documents, creating reports, etc. The ability to multitask in a high volume, fast paced environment. Representing Pro Metal and PFN Group of Companies at career fairs, trade shows, and industry events.
Previous project management experience would be an asset.
PMI certification an asset.
Excellent planning and organizational skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to communicate fluently in English.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Products including email and Outlook, Excel and Adobe.
Must have reliable transportation.
Canadian Citizenship or Permanent residency.
