Associated Radiologists LLP has an exciting opportunity for an Administration Clerk to join our Saskatoon team. This position floats between our Saskatoon clinics to fill in for vacation, illness, and other absences. When not working as a float the incumbent will perform administrative tasks at our Market Mall location.

TYPICAL WORKDAY
Reception and Administration:
Greet and register patients
Answer telephone and schedule appointments
Prepare statements for month end billing
Distribute incoming and outgoing mail
Set up and take down boardroom for meetings
Assist with case divvy to radiologists

X-Ray and Filing Clerk:
Prepare films for the radiologist
Maintain patient records
Respond to telephone, fax, and direct requests for patient films
Manage destruction of patient films

SPECIFICS ABOUT THE ROLE
Environment: The position is based in a medical office setting and requires the ability to focus on detailed work in a sometimes fast-paced environment.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:25AM-4:55PM
Start Date: ASAP

IT'S A BONUS IF YOU HAVE
Previous administrative experience
Understanding of medical terminology
Knowledge of Electronic Medical Records(EMR) or Radiology Information Systems(RIS)/Picture Archiving and Communication Systems(PACS)
