Description

The Senior Analyst supports the quality and efficiency of health care in Saskatchewan by researching, analyzing processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and designing solutions for better delivery of support services within Saskatchewans health sector.

The Senior Analyst works closely with stakeholders to create detailed requirements, facilitate the implementation of new/improved business processes and systems, and support the reporting of key performance indicators.

Required Qualifications
-Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field
-Business Analysis certification/training
-Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent process improvement certification
-Proven experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions
-Experience in business process re-engineering, process improvement, and change management
