Description

This is a position based out of Regina, Saskatchewan. Looking for a working foreman, with a class 5-G, 3A or 1A drivers license. Being able to operate equipment such as a mini-hoe or skid steer is an asset.

Duties:

This position will be responsible for the following duties but not limited to:

    Direct and supervise a crew of operators/labourers in earthwork construction tasks such as: grading, hauling, backfilling, excavation
    Take direction from a Superintendent and deliver instruction to their respective crew.
    Record equipment and labor hours on tracking sheets and using a code to define each task.
    Give operators competency tests on a range of equipment: skidsteer, minihoe, various packers.
    Perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications:

    Possess 5+ experience.
    Must be 19 years of age or older.
    Experience operating different heavy equipment is considered an asset.
    Valid drivers license and clean abstract 3 years is required for operation of a company truck.
    CPR and First Aid is considered an Asset
