Description

Almightyvoice Education Centre is seeking motivated and dedicated individuals for Substitute Teachers for the 2024-2025 school year.  The school is located on the One Arrow First Nation.  Almightyvoice Education Centre is a Kindergarten to Grade 12 facility that incorporate the Cree language, culture and a strong emphasis for land-based programs into school year plans.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor of Education degree, Saskatchewan professional "A" teaching certificate provide a clear valid CPIC/Vulnerable Sector Check.
-Have a working knowledge of Canada's Indigenous Peoples and to integrate their culture, values and history into the curriculum.
-Have high standards and expectations for academic achievement, especially in the areas of literacy and numeracy.
-Have excellent classroom/behaviour management strategies.
-Accommodate and include special needs children by adjusting teaching styles and curriculum as required for inclusion.
-Abide by One Arrow First Nation Policies.
