Eagle Heart Centre is seeking an individual who enjoys working with families/children who are referred for Supervised Visitation Services, the responsibility includes providing a safe, secure environment, physically & emotionally to families during visits, observing visits, assists with program contract compliance & overseeing general office activities. The Visitation Center Monitor's ultimate responsibility is to ensure quality delivery of service to families and efficient program operation & documentation of all visits.
This position requires work schedule flexibility, A Grade 12 education or equivalent, Post-secondary certificate/degree in a health care/child care discipline is an asset, 1-3 years of experience, excellent written & verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills, ability to generate computer reports, the employee physical demand include bending, crouching, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling and lifting, to ensure the safety of families and staff; stand, walk and sit for extended periods of time. Must have strong team skills.
