What youll do: Working closely with the Fertilizer Plant Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
To ensure acceptable level of customer service is provided to customers and you have the appropriate attitude;
Be professional, friendly and courteous in the work environment;
Operate agricultural equipment and machinery;
Load and unload trucks coming to and from fertilizer plant;
Carryout safety inspections in the fertilizer plant;
Adherence to safety standards and fall protection practices;
Have a deep knowledge of products;
To analyze our existing and potential customers and identify other competition in the area;
Coming to work with a positive, professional approach and attitude;
Be familiar with and adhere to Meadow Lake Co-op policies and procedures;
Participate in maintaining location image and housekeeping standards;
Be available to work variety of shifts including weekends;
Other duties as assigned.

Strong technical skills and know-how of production agriculture;

Valid class 1A drivers license and clean drivers abstract preferred;
Eager to learn;
Ability to lift 50lbs or more unassisted;
Preference will be given to applicants with agricultural background.
